Is the app really free?
Yes, your first 50 at-home items are free, with full cataloging, custom categories, search, rooms, sharing, and groups. Bigger catalog options are on the pricing page, and going over is never a lockout, just 10¢/item/mo.
How fast can I get something back?
Tap "Bring it home" and pick the next delivery window that works for you. Each plan includes monthly deliveries; extras are $35.
What if I outgrow my plan?
Upgrade in the app in about ten seconds, prorated, effective immediately, no crew visit needed. Downgrades apply next cycle.
Is there a minimum?
Storage plans start with a 3-month minimum. The move-in fee is one-time, and waived entirely if you pay annually or start with a Refresh.
How do I know what's at the Depot?
Every item is photographed at intake and lives in your catalog with its photo and number, searchable any time. No mystery boxes, ever.
Is my stuff insured?
Every stored item is covered while it's in our care, in the truck and at the Depot. Details in your plan agreement.
Where does Caboodle operate?
We're launching across the Phoenix metro, Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa, Gilbert, Paradise Valley, and Chandler, where the Depot, trucks, and Refresh all operate. The catalog, lending, and sharing work anywhere.
