What is Caboodle?
Caboodle is one place for everything you own. You snap a photo of an item and we catalog it (at home, in our storage Depot, or lent to a friend) so you always know what you have and where it is. The at-home catalog is free; full-service storage (we bring the truck) is a paid plan.
Is it really free to start?
Yes. Your first 50 at-home items are free, with cataloging, custom categories, search, and sharing included, no card required. You only pay when your catalog grows past the free slots or when our trucks start doing the heavy lifting. See Pricing for the details.
Storage & pricing
How much does storage cost?
Depot storage plans run from $100/mo (about a closet, 53 ft³) to $500/mo (a whole home, 667 ft³), with sizes in between. Every plan includes monthly pickups and deliveries and an intake photo of each item. There's a one-time move-in fee that's waived on annual plans, and a 3-month minimum. Full breakdown on Pricing.
What if I need more space, or an extra pickup?
You never outgrow the Depot. Extra space is $2/ft³ per month flat, and extra trips beyond your plan's included pickups and deliveries are $35 per visit.
Trust & safety
How are my belongings kept safe?
Everything is stored in our climate-controlled Depot and photographed and clearly labeled on intake, so there's a record of every item and its condition. Items are insured door to door, on the truck and at the Depot. For specific coverage questions on a high-value item, get in touch before your pickup.
How do I get my things back, and how fast?
From the app, open the item (or your Logistics hub) and schedule a delivery: “from the Depot to your door.” Your plan includes a set number of deliveries each month; you pick the day and time window, and we bring it back.
Where do you operate?
Caboodle's full-service storage launches in the Phoenix metro first. The free at-home catalog works anywhere. Not in the area yet? Join the waitlist and we'll tell you when we reach you.
Billing & account
Can I cancel? What happens to my stuff?
Storage plans have a 3-month minimum; after that you can schedule a final delivery to bring everything home and close out your plan. Your free at-home catalog is yours to keep either way. If you have questions about your specific account, contact us. A real person will help.
Who can see my things?
Your catalog is private by default. You choose what to share, and with whom: a single item, a category, or a group Caboodle for family and friends. You can change or revoke sharing at any time. See how sharing works on the homepage tour.
